Positive Stool Test – EMR This 55 year old gentleman reluctantly performed a government stool test which came back positive. On colonoscopy a very large spreading lesion was noted. This was entirely removed by endoscopic mucosal resection and the patient went home the same day. The latter images show the check-up colonoscopy which demonstrated no residual disease.
